this time it's for real.
i never did them before but next year will be my first one.
New Years Revolutions.
Loose 10 pounds by Valentines Day.
Yuppers. I know I can do it. I honestly don't need to loose anymore then 15-20 pounds. Then I'm good!
I would be able to fit my old nice slacks again.
