I worked out in the gym last night, the first time a few weeks. Man do I feel tired today. I'm going again tonight, so I hope to pass out early as well. I need to really start going to be earlier. I have such a hard time to get out of bed at a decent hour. But in the past, even when I get the full 8 hours of sleep, I still have to drag my feet out of bed, what gives? Anyone have that problem too or had it?
